CEO Columbus Custom Rx Pharmacy

My name is Charity Calhoun Wagenti. I was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia. I graduated from Brookstone School and then went to Wake Forest University for my undergraduate degree. I graduated from Mercer University Pharmacy School in 2013 with my PharmD where I then completed a residency and became board certified (BCPS). I had the incredible opportunity to donate my left kidney to my mother in the summer of 2021. Following the transplant, my mother had great success with getting off dialysis. However as a result of immunosuppression, she had many skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema. She did not have great success with commercial products, so the idea for a compounding pharmacy was born in order to serve her and patients like her in my beloved hometown with customized prescriptions for every patient’s unique individual needs. I am honored with this opportunity to give back to Columbus, GA and surrounding areas in Georgia and neighboring Alabama. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing tennis with husband Mike and dogs, Fran and Asher.
